The summit is closed out of season, which the Bureau understands to mean whenever the residents object. The club maintains it has never been refused; it has simply never asked. The club dates from 1954 and reports a membership unchanged ever since. No text fixes the season: it is inferred from the mood of the residents, which the Bureau files under seasonal access for want of a more exact heading.
These destinations do not exist. The Bureau prints them as it prints the others, and says so plainly.
