Returns & exchanges
Every order is sold and dispatched by the Spreadshirt entity that operates this shop. Returns and exchanges are handled by them, on the terms set out below.
Thirty days
If an item does not fit, or does not please, it may be exchanged within thirty days of the order date. An item that was not personalised may be refunded instead.
How to return
Open your shipping confirmation or your Spreadshirt account, choose « Return order », then give the reason and the remedy you want. Exchanges are usually processed within seven working days.
Return postage
On orders above €40, Spreadshirt pays the return postage. Below that, it is at your charge. Contact their customer service before sending anything back — in many cases the matter is settled without a parcel.
