Catch and Release
The club records every fish taken and returns each one to the water. Its register is therefore a list of things it no longer holds. Two members have logged the same trout eleven seasons running, distinguishable by a notch in the tail, and the club counts it eleven times. The Bureau has queried the arithmetic and been referred to the statutes, which are silent.
